Shadow equations.

Each shadow is a dimension equation, not a vibe. Naming the math means the shadow becomes derivable from the dimensions instead of arbitrary. It also makes shadows distinguishable from each other — the Bureaucrat is not the Ossifier, even though they look the same from the outside.

Field Predator vs. Developmental Compressor

Both can intensify. Both can destabilize. Both can make people feel smaller in the short term. The difference is what happens over time. The Developmental Compressor creates temporary shrinkage that metabolizes into portable agency. The Field Predator creates shrinkage that hardens into dependence.
