This is one of three.
Aliveness Architecture is a framework for measuring what people do to the field around them. The work was developed across three rounds of multi-model review (Opus 4.7, Gemini Deep Think, Grok Heavy, and GPT Pro synthesis), then patched into the v3.11 canonical text. This site is one of three independent web implementations of that text — built in parallel to test what "the same instrument" looks like in different builders' hands.
What is here
A field guide and assessment system. Seven dimensions, eleven ecological roles, a vitality / shrinkage matrix that finally has language for the high-V / high-S quadrant, scenario battery, forced-choice items where both sides have dignity, and a long-form workspace.
What is not here, yet
A real peer-report invitation flow. Cultural calibration layers. A validation cohort. A team workspace. A translation layer. These live in the v4 parking lot and will land as the instrument earns its keep.
Where this fits
Aliveness Architecture didn't appear in a vacuum. The nearest live relatives are PELS (Positively Energizing Leadership Scale), the transformational leadership family (with its known measurement crisis), Subjective Vitality, and the recent EBA from coercive-control work. The Related work coda places GFO against that lineage and names the specific moves nothing else makes.

Acknowledgements
The framework crossed from manifesto into instrument across three rounds of adversarial review by frontier models. Specific moves: Opus surfaced the Membrane Integrity bifurcation, Field-Power-vs-Valence operational disentanglement, and Temporal Durability subscale; Gemini surfaced the Composter / Hospicer role, the Lifecycle phase mapping, Field Chemistry pairings, the Bureaucrat-vs-Ossifier distinction, and the Shadow Equation formalism; Grok surfaced the cultural caveat and validation protocol asks. The v3.11 unification + the Developmental Compressor's structural promotion came after a fourth review pass.
